Summer.

Here we have summer in full swing. the grass is dying around me, the rain is falling but the two never meet. I never got this concept and will probably never. I toast to the wonder that summer brings all of us. We have easier schedules, some of our looking into the next parts of our lives, and for other they're trying to figure out what went wrong. For the ladder, time will never stop, your heart will continue beating and the sun will rise again tomorrow. if metaphor is not your forte, life goes on. There is no reason to wish for something when patience rewards its takers. I encourage you that your time will arrive and the sun will only shine on you.
It's hard to think that it's been almost seven months since the 2007 Gregorian calendar began. So much has taken place, in not only my life but those close to me. Friends are graduating from college, others are traveling the world. I'll be here for now. I'll have my moment in the sun, but I wont try and hold on, I'll probably get burned.
Sometimes I watch the people as they pass by and wonder what their story is. Everyone has a story to tell, and are looking for an ear. What is your story going to consist of, and who the hell is going to want to listen to it. If you stand in front of a room full of zealots, sure they'll listen, but until that day arises, keep writing your story and be sure you have the facts right.
